Te Ara Whiriwhiri is the Counties Manukau Māori Mental Health & Addictions Network and is representative of the Kaupapa Māori providers in the Mental Health and Addictions sector in Counties Manukau.  Native Council developed their brand strategy, logo, stationery and signage to retain a Māori kaupapa and to represent the values and asspirations of the organisation.
